Minespares is adaptable for any size contracting business that operates a fleet of mining equipment. Minespares can be used as a spare parts procurement solution that can be used as a standalone platform or it can be integrated with company’s systems and processes.

Yes, the Minespares supplier will provide you with freight dimensions for your order.

The Minespares team will firstly take the time to understand your systems and processes. The team will then determine how we can onboard your products into the platform, either automated via our software or by manually entering your product information in.
The team can assist with any customisation and can provide some helpful tips for your listings.

Yes! As part of the onboarding process, the Minespares team will review your systems and processes to determine if integration can be achieved.

However, Minespares encourages Suppliers to build and maintain their own customer relationships. The platform is designed to enhance your ability to streamline your relationship with your customers.

As soon as the customer has paid the invoice and Minespares has received the invoice amount.

As soon as you have declared an order to be ready for collection, the customer can begin to organise freight. This is the same for any regular order outside of the Minespares platform.
